AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

The Walk Among Heroes Ambassador Program connects students with World War II veterans through firsthand experience. Instead of learning history only from books, students walk the battlefields alongside the veterans who fought there, listening to their stories and understanding the war through personal connection.

This program is designed for students with a genuine interest in history and a sense of responsibility. Participants are selected to learn directly from veterans and to carry those stories forward, sharing what they learn with their schools, communities, and future generations.

The goal is simple: preserve World War II history while it can still be told by those who lived it.
