Jeff Wells
Jeff, Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and founder of Walk Among Heroes and WISH for OUR HEROES. Jeff served in the U.S. Army from 2001-2009. In 2009 following the passing of his father, Jeff started Wish for Our Heroes to assist military families with basic needs. To date, the charity has provided more than $27 million in assistance to 37,000 military families. Jeff has studied military history for more than 25 years and has authored two books about individual soldiers who fought in World War II. Jeff has also led countless tours throughout Normandy and other parts of Europe.

Tracy Huff
Tracy has had passion for history of the U.S. military since a very young age. He was taught about sacrifice with over 7 generations of family members serving in our armed forces. Some of his combat deployments include Operation Just Cause, Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Task Force Ranger, Operation Uphold Democracy, Iraq and Afghanistan. Tracy has earned over 38 military decorations to include the U.S. Army Infantry Association Order of Saint Maurice and the Sergeant Audie Murphy Award for Leadership.

Michael (Mike) Tarr Sr
Mike grew up in rural Illinois and enlisted in the US Army immediately after high school. Mike served 26 years in the Army spanning 10 different duty stations all over the globe with combat deployments to Kosovo and Iraq, before retiring as a First Sergeant. Since retirement Mike has shifted focus to many passions that keep him busy such as volunteering with Wish For Our Heroes, teaching military history, and leading battlefield tours of Normandy and other historic locations. Mike also serves on the township planning board and teaches new motorcycle riders the basic rider safety course.

Sara Kessel
Sara has over 20 years experience in developing and hosting immersive travel and experiences across the globe. She is the daughter of famous World War II hero, Professor Lipmann Kessel, MBE, MC, FRCS, a famous orthopedic surgeon and Second World War medical officer. During Operation Market Garden,m he was in charge of the 16 Para Field Ambulance right until the end of the Arnhem operation. Later, he led a surgical team at Belsen concentration camp. Sara is also the young widow of Anton Turner who served in the Sherwood Foresters as a Platoon Commander in South Armagh. Sara is currently raising their daughter in London and writing her first novel based on her personal heroes.
